Dear Mr. Hobi, Thank you for the prompt delivery of our DVDs. The transfers from VHS to DVD turned out great. What I particularly liked about your service was your notification when our valuable cassettes arrived with you. This was very reassuring, as one usually sends memory carriers that would be lost forever if they were lost. The tracking of the return shipment is also an excellent service.
