Friendly, professional, attentive to special requests; simply all-around good. I'm practically seeing my old normal-8 and super-8 films (Africa in the 1950s) for the first time in good quality. Around 2000 slides (various formats, from 1947 to today) in better quality than with my projector on the screen, just "flipping through" them on the monitor is fantastic. Many thanks to HOBI's.
