Dear Mr. Hoby, Thank you for your prompt second service. You were right that I couldn't watch the DVD on my device; partly because my DVD player is apparently too old, and partly because the DVD drive on mine hasn't been reinstalled following a "crash." I find it extremely customer-friendly that you sent me 3 new DVDs without any fuss. Since I have more Super-8 films, I will be sending them in the next few weeks as well. I would be interested to know how many 120m reels fit on a DVD to ensure the DVD is optimally used. Given the quality of the DVDs—especially since some of the Super 8 films are nearly forty years old—and the service you provided, I can only recommend your company.
