Everything was in perfect order, thank you :-) My problem was that the 8mm material was extremely blurry, but that's not really FilmFix's fault ;o). However, it does slightly affect the final satisfaction - it wouldn't hurt to proactively inform the customer if they're using poor quality material. The delivery was handled very professionally: everything was nicely packaged (I sent it off in much worse condition than it came back!) and documented - I would definitely have my films scanned here again!
