Dear FilmFix Team, As the name suggests, the service is "fix" in every way, meaning the service was prompt and executed to full satisfaction. What I really appreciated were the precise details. Every step was thoroughly described and adhered to. This pertains to deliveries and pricing. However, the most important thing for me was the quality. It actually exceeded my expectations. I was surprised that the picture quality on the DVD was rather better than on the old originals. This is a testament to professional work. I can only recommend your service!
