Over the past ten years, Filmfix has digitized more than 40 Super 8 films (silent) for me. The delivered quality is impeccable. Fresh colors, flawless speed adjustment, and almost complete removal of emulsion damage make the old films shine anew. It was worth it. The smelly screen and the rattling projector are now a thing of the past. Accompanied by music, the films now offer many hours of the best entertainment from back in the day. The promised and surely maintained data privacy is also important. Transferring rights to the digitization company, as apparently happens elsewhere, is really not acceptable.
