I had both phone and written contact with Mr. Hobi from FilmFix. The customer service is outstanding; you can really feel the high level of expertise and passion for their work. The transfer quality of the Super8 films is excellent. The delivery time is great—I sent in 49 film reels and got them back in two weeks. I chose FilmFix because the company is based in Switzerland, the price-performance ratio made sense to me, and not least because of the convincing arguments on their website, like being able to calculate an estimated price yourself or the transfer examples.
