To the Film Fix Team, You cannot imagine the joy my 95-year-old grandfather experienced being able to watch his wedding with my (deceased for 2 years) grandmother again. The quality of the film also convinced me. I will gladly use your services again. The contact via email was always friendly and considerate, with the phrase "Your precious delivery has arrived with us." The FilmFix team engages with the customer and shows that they are happy to take on the task. This feeling is very important to me as a customer. The only downside I have to mention is the delivery date that was initially promised (for my order, September 4th), as I received the precious package a week later. I would suggest not giving fixed dates but rather a time frame (e.g., between September 4th - 11th). The prices are very good, and you even get a little something extra with the customer service. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I wish the Film Fix Team a lot of enjoyment in their work and hope for future collaboration (my grandfather still has about "65" Super 8 film recordings).
