I want to let you know how pleased I was with the first set of scans you did for me. I am in the midst of having decades of slides scanned and want the scans to be as close as possible to the originals. I then post process them as desired. You gave me exactly what I wanted.

I previously tried two other services and found them inconsistent. Many of those images were ok, but sometimes the colors and sharpness did not approach the originals, or important parts of the image were cropped away.

What I especially appreciated from you, in addition to the excellent customer service, was the higher resolution of your scans and the option to leave part of the slide mount showing, thus avoiding undesirable cropping.

As you know, my next order is on the way.
