When I found a drawer full of old tapes I didn't know what I was going to do since we no longer had a camera that could play them. Your service was great. The fact that I overestimated the price by a HUGE amount and you were honest enough to correct the mistake was worth your service in and of itself. But the product came out beautiful. I sat and cried as I watched movies from 20 years ago. Now they will be preserved forever.
